Book a Session
Scheduling your first session is a chance for us to begin working together more intentionally. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out beforehand. You’re welcome to come exactly as you are.
Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a welcome email with access to your private client portal. Inside the portal, you’ll be able to review and complete your new client documents at your own pace, including:
a coaching agreement | an intake questionnaire | payment preferences form
These forms help me get to know you, your goals, and what support will feel most meaningful as we begin.

Sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually via Zoom. I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally.
