My Story

I began experiencing medically unexplainable wrist pain in 2016 shortly after graduating college. Within a few years, the musculoskeletal pain had spread throughout my entire body, leaving me completely bedridden, wheelchair-bound, unable to work, and feeling desperately helpless. Alongside the joint pain (neck, back, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, jaw, fingers), I also experienced lasting shin splints even after healing, chronic rashes, skin discoloration, chronic migraines, nausea, anxiety, and even vision impairment.

Over the course of five years, I saw 24 specialists, tried more than 20 medications and supplements, and underwent X-rays, MRIs, CTA scans, and hundreds of blood tests — yet no one could give me answers or relief.

Discovering Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) changed everything. After reading The Way Out by Alan Gordon, I began applying neuroplastic pain principles — and my symptoms finally started to improve. Without learning about neuroplastic pain, I have no doubt I would still be bedridden today. Instead, I am traveling again, able to sit on the couch and read a book (which at one point felt impossible!), and even running 5Ks. So many people are living with chronic pain, believing there is no hope for relief. I want you to know: you are not alone, your body is not broken, and healing is possible.

I understand firsthand how chronic pain can sideline you from daily life, isolate you from friends and responsibilities, erode your independence, and dim your hope for the future. I have deep empathy for anyone currently struggling, and I would be honored to support your healing journey.

Today, I am an advanced-status Certified Pain Reprocessing Therapy Practitioner through the Pain Reprocessing Center and an ICF-accredited Certified Life Coach. I have spent more than 70 hours in workshops and programs focused on understanding and healing chronic neuroplastic pain. I draw on these trainings, mind-body practices like Somatic Tracking, and my own lived experience to support clients as they reconnect with safety, trust, and ease in their bodies.
